I had a mixed experience at Windsurfer Resort during my stay. The location was fantastic, right on the Broadwater, giving me easy access to shopping and dining. The service was friendly and helpful, despite some issues with the room’s cleanliness and maintenance. Overall, it felt like a solid option, although it could definitely use some updates and improvements.

The bed was a bit springy for my taste, and there were some cleanliness issues I noticed, like minor food stains on the couch. The balcony space was nice, but I did have a bit of trouble with air conditioning noise and water running onto the patio.

The service was generally positive. I particularly appreciated the effort of the staff who left the air conditioning on for my arrival and helped me with after-hours instructions. However, there were moments where maintenance seemed lacking, like needing new batteries for the aircon remote.

I loved the location of the resort. It’s right opposite the water and not too far from main attractions. It offered a more relaxed atmosphere compared to staying in Surfers, which was a huge plus for me, especially since it was easy to connect with public transport to explore the area.
